Reflexology

Reflexology is an ancient healing art, a variation of acupressure, that uses "reflex" points on the hands and feet to correspond specific areas of the body.  Gentle pressure is applied to these points, located along the energy meridians of the hands and feet.  The goal of reflexology is to ease pain, improve circulation, promote relaxation, and enhance the flow of energy in the body.  Reflexology can also stimulate internal organs and glands and can rebalance the energy of the body.  Reflexology is said to improve immune function.
