Shiatsu

Shiatsu is a Japanese massage technique, a form of acupuncture, in which the practitioner uses his/her fingers, thumbs, and palms of the hand to apply to pressure points in the body with the goal of directing and balancing Chi, the life force of the body.  It is used to treat pain, relax the body, and prevent and alleviate the daily stresses of life.
